For us we need people with Chef skills (Chef Cookbook development to be precise – core skill ) with Linux OS background (Secondary skill) with working knowledge on DevOps eco systems (git, cloud (GCP/Openstack),Terraform, OS image building, Jenkins, Python, Bash shell scripting). You can share candidates with very good Ansible skill if their chef skill /knowledge is limited.
Experience to 4 years and above will work. You can also look for candidate with Chef certification.
